Programs
The Butler County Land Bank has many avenues to assist with community demolition or environmental clean up.
There are three demolition programs administered by the Butler County Land Bank. The "Nuisance Demolition Program", the "Residential Acquisition and Disposition Demolition Program" and the "Commercial Acquisition and Disposition Demolition Program". Each can be applied for by local entities entered into Memorandum of Understandings with the Land Bank.
We also have an Environmental Clean Up and Brownfield Program and will help administer state or federal grants for demolition and environmental cleanup.
